Biography:
(1914-2004) Wrote poetry until 1947 when she started to paint illegible
words onto canvas creating a gestural pattern. Later she painted similar
script onto transparent plexi-glass panels, adding fantasy-like birds
and other forms. Had a recent retrospective at FAWC. Married to Poet
Stanley Kunitz. Listed in Who was Who in American Art.
