    "Thank you once again for organizing a great auction!  I went home with
the painting I wanted (Lot 18 'Untitled Nude Portrait' by Vollian Burr
Rann).  I'm the Greta Allen 'collector' and the V.B. Rann painting fits
in well with the Greta Allen portraits from the 1920s.
    You really know how to put together an exciting auction!  You are the
best auctioneer I have ever come across; witty, with your own unique
flair and panache.  In the fall, I went to another auction in Hyannis,
which was much more typical: grim, funereal and horrendously boring. 
The only reason I went to that auction was because there were three
unframed Greta Allen portraits and no one wanted them, so we got a very
good price on all of them.  My husband is good at matting and framing. 
Now that those watercolors are properly framed, they are quite
beautiful.  I like to look for special finds that most people overlook.
    Thanks again!  You made my day yesterday, complete with a meal at
Clem's."
