Biography:
  (1870-1929) Largely self-taught. Exhibited at the Royal Academy, 1899. Progress Expo, Ct. 1927.  He came to New York in 1891 penniless and painted snuff box tops and such. Listed in AskArt and Who's Who, but never sold in gallery or dealer.  Fox Movietone made a short movie of Diehl painting and talking in Provincetown.  Had a recent exhibitions/retrospective of his at the Cahoon Mus., 2008.

Studied at Arizona State Univ. (painting and drawing), Institute Allende in San Miguel de Allende Mexico. Along with many exhibitions, she also won the Best of Show at the 1996 Scottsdale Artist School juried show. Her works are in collections throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. She is currently an instructor at the Scottsdale Artists School.

Biography:
  (1909 - 1978)  Well known Provincetown, Gloucester  and St. Augustine.  Known as the dean of watercolorist on Cape Cod, his works have lately become highly coveted.  He had exhibited at one time with the Munson Gallery.  Resided in 1939 in St. Augustine and was one of the Art Club members. He had an incredible gift of painting water/shore scapes.

  (born 1928)  Represented at Tree's Place in Orleans along with many other galleries.  Studied at Cape Sch. Art with Henry Hensche, Vesper George Sch. Art, also with RH Gammell.  Member of Guild Boston Artists, Am Artists Prof. League, Acad. Artists Assn., Copley Society.  Exhibitions include Acad. Artists Show, Am. Artists Prof. League Show, NE Artists Exhib., Grand Central Art Gal. and elsewhere.  Works at Maryhill Mus., Chrysler Mus., Northeastern Univ., Tufts Univ., Boston Univ., Med. Ctr. Comm., Church St. Mary, Provincetown, Emmanuel Church, West Roxbury among others. Awards include the first John Singleton Copley Award (1966), 14 gold medals at Jordan Marsh Company, received a Citation from Governor of Massachusetts (1979), Winner of Guild of Boston Artists Award (1989).  Major article about him in American Artists Magazine (Sept., 1990) and a wing of the Cape MFA is named in his honor.  Very well listed and collected.

Biography:
  Theorist, activist, and artist, Professor of Philosophy and Women’s Studies, and Director of the Institute for Women’s Studies at the University of Georgia. Her work is in ethics and political theory, feminist philosophy, environmental philosophy, and science studies, and performance. Chris’s books and edited volumes include The Feminist Philosophy Reader, The Philosopher Queen: Feminist Essays on War, Love and Knowledge, Feminism & Ecological Communities: An Ethic of Flourishing, Whiteness: Feminist Philosophical Reflections, and a special issue of Ethics and the Environment on Art. Chris holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has been awarded grants from the Rockefeller Foundation, the National Science Foundation, and the Charles Phelps Taft Center. She is currently working on a project on indigenous knowledge concerning climate change in Northern Alaska.
