Provincetown circa 1940's or 50's and made some lovely prints which she often
hand-colored, quite extensively. Known for her historic house etchings also.
Very involved in the St. Petersburg, Florida art scene. 4. Elizabeth Warren Lindenmuth (Mrs. Tod Lindenmuth):
(1886 - 1960) Studied Massachusetts School of Art, Vesper
George School of Art, and under William H. Bicknell. Exhibits include: Rockport

known Provincetown, Gloucester and St. Augustine. Known as the dean of
watercolorist on Cape Cod, his works have lately become highly coveted. He had
exhibited at one time with the Munson Gallery. Resided in 1939 in St. Augustine
and was one of the Art Club members. He had an incredible gift of painting
water/shore scapes. 16. Libby Trynz: (1904-2000) Painted in
Provincetown for over 55 years, studied for many years at PAAM. Mentor was Remo
Farruggio, recent PAAM auction yielded a new record price. 17. Caleb Arnold Slade: (1882 - 1961)
Studied at: Brown Univ., ASL, FV Du Mond, Academie Julian, Paris with JP

Orleans from England and considered an amateur artist, son in law of Isaac
Monroe Cline, a noted restorer and art dealer. 69. Chaim Gross: (1904-1991) Impossible
to list all the showings, exhibits and awards credited to this artist so here

Extremely collectible. 73. Peter Hunt: (1898-1969) Extremely
well known folk artist and furniture painter. Very few of his items come to
market. He had some very well known students painting for him in the 60's Nancy
Whorf, Carol Whorf Westcott and Francis Shea are among his many students and
painters of the furniture and collectible items. Recent auction prices are
